Aims & Scope
Biomedicine Advances is an international, peer-reviewed, open-access journal published quarterly. The journal focuses on molecular, cellular, and translational research that improves the understanding, diagnosis, and treatment of major non-communicable diseases.
The journal's scope includes studies on disease mechanisms, biomarkers, omics technologies, precision medicine, and therapeutic interventions in cancer, cardiometabolic diseases, chronic kidney disease, and neurodegenerative disorders. Priority is given to research that demonstrates clear translational relevance and advances knowledge with potential clinical impact.
Biomedicine Advances publishes original research articles, systematic reviews, scoping reviews, invited narrative reviews, brief reports, and short communications. Studies should provide novel biological, translational, or clinical insights relevant to the prevention, diagnosis, prognosis, or treatment of the diseases covered by the journal.
