Biomedicine Advances publishes high-quality papers addressing the ‎challenges in bringing clinical translation of biological agent molecules or novel ‎targeted strategies through identification, research, and development, and ‎ultimately, to clinical use specifically in neuroscience, cancer, cardiovascular, and endocrine systems. 

Therefore, laboratory medicine research, ‎comprehensive preclinical studies, and most clinical studies focused on the ‎development and early phase of clinical trials are all within the scope of the ‎journal. Furthermore, mechanistic studies at the transcriptome, epi-‎transcriptome, proteome, and metabolome are in line with the journal’s scope. ‎The journal also emphasizes regenerative medicine, biotechnology-driven ‎therapeutic approaches, and biomarker discovery.
